Who can apply
Applicants must be Indian citizens and hold a graduation degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution. The age range is 18–35 years as on 23 October 2026. Use that stated cut-off rather than assuming the closing date determines age.
The notice requires working knowledge of computers, including office applications, spreadsheets, data entry, email and the internet. Postgraduation and/or relevant experience in office automation, data or records work, or government/PSU settings are desirable. They should not be rewritten as mandatory for every graduate when the notice distinguishes essential and desirable conditions.
The advertisement states that there is no reservation and engagement is through a merit-based panel. Read the full official terms for eligibility assessment and documents. Jobsii is not adding a caste/category relaxation or experience threshold that the selected recruitment does not state.
Work location, pay and contract
The engagement is in Mumbai. Work from home is not advertised as the normal arrangement; any special written authorisation mentioned in contractual conditions should not be presented as a remote-work offer. Applicants should plan for the actual office assignment.
The ₹75,000 monthly amount is consolidated and inclusive of mandatory deductions such as EPF, ESI, TDS and professional tax where applicable. It is therefore not a guaranteed ₹75,000 take-home salary. Check the written engagement terms for the calculation and deductions.
The initial contract is for one year. Extensions are conditional, considered year by year, and limited to three years in total. The position does not create a right to permanent employment or regularisation. Inclusion on a panel is also not an unconditional promise of engagement.
Assessment process
The recruitment includes a computer-based test, a qualifying English typing test, document verification and interview/functional assessment under the notice's process. The CBT has 100 questions for 200 marks over ninety minutes. It is in English and has no negative marking.
The four CBT areas are English, reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and general and digital awareness, with twenty-five questions in each area. The English typing test is fifteen minutes, with a qualifying speed of thirty-five words per minute. Candidates should consult the notice for how the later assessment and final merit are handled rather than infer a guaranteed offer from passing one stage.
The indicated examination centres are in Greater Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. The CBT date is to be announced. Do not assume an online application means the test may be taken from home or that a centre elsewhere in India will be provided.
Fee, dates and application route
The advertisement specifies nil application fee. Apply through the official recruitment portal linked below. Do not pay a third party for registration, test access or a promise of appointment.
The original official recruitment index lists the notice on 21 October 2026; a revised advertisement is dated 22 October, and registration began on 23 October. These dates serve different purposes. The original date has not been changed to make an older notice appear newly issued.
The closing date is 12 November 2026. A precise closing hour is not disclosed in the verified notice, so Jobsii is not inventing an 11:59 p.m. deadline. Submit in good time. A limited correction facility is indicated for 15 November for specified details such as name, father's name, category and address; it should not be treated as an extension of the application deadline.
Before submitting
Read the revised notice, register on the official portal and enter qualification, age and computer-skill information accurately. Prepare the requested photograph and supporting records. Applications are online; an offline submission is not the stated method. Retain your acknowledgement and monitor the official site for test and assessment instructions.
Original documents and police verification are part of the engagement safeguards. The notice's travel and other contractual provisions also apply; do not assume interview or joining costs will be reimbursed unless officially stated.
For preparation, practise accurate typing and ordinary spreadsheet, email and record-handling tasks. These suggestions reflect the advertised skills but are not a new syllabus or extra mandatory certificate requirement. This article summarises the opening; the official advertisement controls the complete recruitment terms and selection outcome.
