Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements
- Class 10 (SSC): Pass
- Class 12 (HSC): Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university norms)

- Candidates graduating in 2025 are eligible to apply.
Eligible Degrees & Streams
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in any of the following specialisations:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Electronics
- Physics
Additional Academic & Eligibility Conditions
- Open Schooling / Distance Learning is permitted only for Class 10 and Class 12.
- Backlogs:
- Maximum of 1 active backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment.
- The backlog must be cleared by the end of the 6th semester.
- Mathematics Requirement:
- Candidates must have studied Core Mathematics as a subject during graduation.
- Subjects titled Business Mathematics or Applied Mathematics will not be considered as Core Mathematics.
- Gap in Education:
- Up to 3 years of gap is allowed between Class 10 and the start of graduation.
- No gaps are allowed during graduation.
- Graduation must be completed within 3 years from the date of commencement.
- Citizenship:
- Must be an Indian citizen, or
- Holder of a PIO (Person of Indian Origin) or OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card along with a foreign passport.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a valid citizenship certificate.
- Candidates should have completed a minimum 3-month cool-off period before reappearing for the WILP selection process.

Selection Process for Wipro WILP 2025
All eligible candidates have to go through a multi-stage selection process as detailed below:
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
The online test consists of four sections:
- Verbal Ability: 20 minutes – 20 questions
- Analytical Ability: 20 minutes – 20 questions
- Quantitative Aptitude: 20 minutes – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test (WCT): 20 minutes
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Candidates who clear the online assessment will be invited for a Voice Assessment round to evaluate communication and interaction skills.
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Shortlisted candidates from the voice assessment will proceed to a Business Discussion round, where they may be assessed on:
- Understanding of basic technical concepts
- Problem-solving and analytical approach
- Communication, attitude, and professionalism
Candidates who successfully clear all stages will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Wipro.
Pre-Skilling & Final Offer
- Candidates who accept the Letter of Intent (LOI) will be enrolled in a pre-skilling training program.
- Only those who successfully complete the pre-skilling stage will be issued the final offer letter from Wipro.
Service Agreement
- Service Bond Duration: 60 months (5 years) from the date of joining.
- If a candidate resigns before completing the bond period, they will be required to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis, as per Wipro’s policy.
