**Position: Automation Engineer**
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automation workflows primarily using n8n, alongside other no-code and low-code platforms, ensuring efficient and reliable process automation.
– Seamlessly integrate various APIs, databases, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and third-party applications to deliver comprehensive automation solutions tailored to client requirements.
– Leverage LangChain and Python to create advanced AI-driven workflows and orchestrate complex API integrations, enhancing automation capabilities.
– Develop, implement, and manage webhooks, triggers, and scheduled automation tasks to support and optimize client operations.
– Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing workflows, focusing on improving performance, scalability, and reliability.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to identify automation opportunities, recommend best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation strategies.
– Document all workflows, processes, and system configurations meticulously to ensure transparency, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support future scalability.
– Maintain availability during United States business hours to ensure timely coordination and support for clients and team members.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
– Demonstrated expertise in n8n, including in-depth experience with workflow construction, node configuration, and advanced error handling techniques.
– Strong proficiency with a broad range of low-code and no-code tools such as Zapier, Make, and Airtable, with the capability to leverage these platforms effectively in diverse automation scenarios.
– Solid experience with LangChain and Python, particularly in building AI-powered workflows and integrating APIs.
– Comprehensive knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhook mechanisms to facilitate seamless data exchange and workflow triggers.
– Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including the ability to design and manage data pipelines to support automation processes.
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and optimize automation solutions independently.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear articulation of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
– Willingness and ability to work aligned with United States time zones to ensure effective collaboration and client engagement.
**Desirable Skills and Experience:**
– Experience working with AI and machine learning tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face to further enhance automation capabilities.
– Knowledge of cloud computing platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure, particularly in the context of hosting and scaling automation workflows.
– Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub or GitLab for managing workflow iterations and collaborative development.
– Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies such as UiPath or Power Automate to complement automation strategies.
– Prior experience in B2B automation projects, demonstrating an ability to deliver scalable solutions in a business-to-business context.
