Role Overview

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the critical interface between the client and the system or application. Your role will involve diagnosing client issues, designing resolutions, and maintaining the quality and efficiency of our world-class systems. With exceptional communication skills and deep product knowledge, you will ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between clients and the system or application.
  • Use excellent communication skills to clearly define client issues and requirements.
  • Interpret client issues and design effective resolutions using deep product knowledge.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure the timely resolution of client issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to improve support quality.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must-Have Skills:
    • Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
    • Experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
  • Good-to-Have Skills:
    • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Additional Information

  • This role is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management or a similar role.
