Job Summary
As an Integration Engineer, you will develop and maintain merchant integrations, including APIs, service integrations, file transfers, and SQL queries. Your role involves analyzing requirements, troubleshooting, and collaborating with merchants and internal teams to resolve integration challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to understand product flows.
- Engage with merchants to explain processes, solve their integration challenges, and implement solutions.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot merchant integration issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Automate processes to address merchant requirements and optimize integration workflows.
- Act swiftly during production issues to identify root causes, implement fixes, and prevent recurrence.
- Write well-tested code following coding best practices.
Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience coding in Java.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of databases like MySQL.
- Ability to independently execute tasks and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills.
- High ownership, self-driven, and committed to meeting project timelines.
