Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain WordPress websites and web applications.
– Collaborate with the core team to plan, build, and deploy features.
– Optimize WordPress sites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
– Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following WordPress coding standards.
– Troubleshoot and debug issues in WordPress sites and plugins.
– Stay updated with emerging WordPress technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
– Basic understanding of WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom post types).
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
– Familiarity with Git.
– Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have:
– Experience with page builders like Elementor
– Knowledge of WooCommerce setup and customization.
– Familiarity with website optimization, caching, and security best practices.
