The Government has introduced the One Trillion Dollar Chief Minister Fellowship Programme (OTD CM Fellow) to strengthen district-level economic planning, policy implementation, data analysis, and monitoring under the One Trillion Dollar Programme. Under this initiative, one OTD Fellow (Economic Development) and one OTD Fellow (Data Analyst) will be attached to every District OTD Cell.

About the Programme
The fellowship aims to strengthen district-level planning, improve data quality, support evidence-based policymaking, identify district economic opportunities, and assist the District OTD Cell in monitoring government schemes and economic growth.
Eligibility
OTD Fellow (Economic Development)
- First Division or minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- Postgraduate in Economics, Applied Economics, Econometrics, Public Policy or Developmental Studies OR MBA, B.Tech./B.E., Chartered Accountancy (Full-time).
OTD Fellow (Data Analyst)
- First Division or minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- Postgraduate in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Operations Research or Developmental Studies OR MCA, MBA, B.Tech./B.E., Chartered Accountancy (Full-time).
Applicants must be proficient in reading and writing Hindi (Devanagari).
Preferential Qualifications
- Higher academic percentage.

- Willingness for field work.
Age Limit
Maximum age: 40 years on the last date of application.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support District OTD Cell through analytical inputs.
- Coordinate with departments.
- Collect, verify and analyse data.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Identify district economic opportunities.
- Monitor government schemes and KPIs.
- Carry out online reporting on the Planning Department dashboard.
- Perform duties assigned by the District Magistrate or Planning Department.

Total: 100 Marks. Top 150 candidates will be selected and a waiting list of 50 candidates prepared.
Training
Selected fellows will undergo a two-week induction training followed by refresher training every six months.
