**Position Overview:**

As a Human Resources Intern at Rajni Tech Foundation, you will be actively involved in supporting daily HR activities and projects. The internship aims to develop your understanding of human resource management’s strategic and operational components by engaging you in various essential tasks. **Key Responsibilities:**

– **Recruitment Support:** Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle by posting job advertisements on relevant platforms, screening resumes to shortlist potential candidates, coordinating and scheduling interview appointments, and maintaining candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

– **Onboarding and Offboarding Processes:** Facilitate smooth employee transitions by supporting onboarding activities such as preparing orientation materials and tracking new hire documentation. Similarly, assist in the offboarding process to ensure compliance and proper documentation when employees leave the organization.

– **Employee Records Management:** Maintain and update employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with data protection policies and organizational standards.

– **HR Operations Assistance:** Support routine HR operational tasks that include data entry, generating reports for management review, and assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

– **HR Initiatives and Projects:** Participate in the planning and execution of HR initiatives and special projects aimed at improving employee engagement, enhancing workplace culture, and optimizing HR practices.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

– A foundational understanding of human resource management principles and best practices.
– Familiarity with recruitment methodologies and talent acquisition strategies is preferred.
– Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and effective time management capabilities.
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions with team members and candidates.
– Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
– Self-motivated with the capability to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.
