The form asks for PhD details in required text fields, while the notice lists M.Phil./Ph.D. as desirable. Do not invent academic information to fill the form. If a field does not apply to you, seek the institute’s guidance on completing it; this article does not reinterpret those form fields as an additional mandatory degree.
Selection and preparation
Candidates recommended by the screening committee may be called for a physical interview. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not entitle an applicant to an interview. No interview date, selection score or guaranteed appointment is announced in this notice. The institute reserves the right to reject applications and will not entertain interim correspondence.
A concise cover letter can connect your research interests to this particular project and describe methods or outputs you have actually worked on. This is a preparation suggestion, not a new employer requirement. Read the original notice and current form carefully before submitting; the project title and email subject distinguish this recruitment from IIM Mumbai’s other Research Associate vacancies.
