Tips to Strengthen Your Application

📋 Relevant Experience First: The application form asks for year-wise tasks of similar nature carried out over the last 3 years. Be specific — list actual sections of Companies Act you've worked under, type of cases handled, and outcomes.

⚖️ Companies Act 2013 Knowledge: Work experience under Companies Act 2013 is specifically asked for. Even article/training experience at a CA/CS/Law firm handling ROC filings, NCLT matters, or corporate compliance counts.

🤝 References Matter: You must give two references with name, address, and mobile number. Choose references from professional backgrounds — a senior partner, professor, or head of organization — not personal contacts.

🌐 Hindi Proficiency: MCA explicitly requires proficiency in both Hindi and English. If applicable, mention any Hindi medium education or work in Hindi-language regulatory documentation.
