Role summary

The HR & Placement Intern will support Human Resources operations, placement coordination, and programme marketing initiatives at D-CoE, IISc. Core responsibilities

HR Operations & Recruitment Support:

Placement Coordination & Industry Liaison:

  • Coordinate with companies for internship and placement opportunities

  • Assist students with placement documentation and communication
  • Track placement statistics and prepare placement reports
  • Maintain MIS reports for HR, placements, and marketing activities

  • Support organization of workshops, hackathons, seminars, and exhibitions
  • Maintain enquiry database and follow up with prospective candidates
