Device Associate, Quality Services, Device Tech Support
Job Description
In this role, associates have the opportunity to work with various generations of E-reader devices, directly enhancing the quality and user experience of these products.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and test cases, create test data, and report results clearly and promptly.
- Maintain a solid understanding of project/product functionality and adapt to changing requirements and documentation.
- Identify gaps in test cases and proactively look for potential issues beyond the test cases.
- Perform thorough testing of product changes following established processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for bugs/issues to ensure quality resolutions.
A Day in the Life
Each day involves executing regression tests, identifying and reporting bugs, handling ad-hoc requests, and collaborating with the QA team on new features and bug resolutions. Associates are encouraged to share ideas and actively participate in their implementation.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E., B.Tech., M.Sc. in IT, or MCA
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of testing processes
- Strong analytical abilities
