We’re seeking a smart, proactive HR Operations Intern to join our HR team. What You’ll Do — Responsibilities and Impact

As an HR Operations Intern you will support daily HR operations that keep people processes running smoothly. Your work will center on maintaining accurate records, facilitating onboarding, and managing documentation so the employee lifecycle is efficient and compliant.

  • Support daily HR operations: contribute to onboarding, documentation, and HR data management to ensure new hires and existing employees have a consistent experience.
  • Maintain and update records: keep employee records, trackers, and HR databases current, using Excel/Google Sheets for organized data management.
  • Assist with reporting and audits: help prepare HR reports, support audits, and recommend process improvements to strengthen operations.
  • Coordinate engagement and communication: work with internal teams to support engagement activities and keep communications up to date.
  • Streamline workflows and own projects: help refine HR workflows and take full ownership of assigned projects, driving tasks to completion.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops team: work closely with HR Operations colleagues to deliver a smooth, consistent employee experience across the company.
