Postgraduate degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Atmospheric Science, Climate Studies or a closely related field. The source lists MS Office, Python/R, ArcGIS/QGIS, environmental/air-quality knowledge and analytical/team skills as desirable.
The postgraduate subject requirement is essential. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, scientific programming, GIS and air-quality knowledge are presented as desirable criteria.
