Who can apply
Graduate degree in Commerce or equivalent, with at least 3 years of finance/accounts experience in a Government department, university, research institute or autonomous body; proficiency in Tally, PFMS and MIS. CA/CMA/CS or MBA Finance is desirable.
Applicants also need analytical, organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and willingness to take on related responsibilities. The professional qualifications above are desirable; they do not replace the required graduate qualification and minimum experience. Eligibility is assessed as on the closing date of applications.
How to judge the experience requirement
The listing specifically asks for experience dealing with finance and accounts in Government, a university, a research institute or an autonomous body. Do not assume that any three years of unrelated work meets this condition. In the application, identify your employer type, dates, finance/accounts duties and the tools you actually used. Tally, PFMS and MIS proficiency are explicitly required.
Contract and remuneration
The source does not publish a rupee amount, a numerical salary range or a separate incentive structure. It describes consolidated emolument as commensurate with expertise, experience and qualification. Confirm the precise amount, payment period and service conditions in the written offer. The initial term is one year; a further extension depends on performance and organisational requirements and is not guaranteed.
The engagement does not create a right to a regular appointment. Selected candidates must be able to join immediately on receiving the offer. No remote or hybrid arrangement is advertised. The opportunity should therefore be assessed as the New Delhi role described by RIS, rather than as an unrestricted work-from-home internship.
