Role Overview

As a Founder's Office Intern – IT Specialist at To-Let Globe, you will be an integral part of our IT team, providing essential IT support and assisting with the maintenance of our systems. This remote internship offers valuable hands-on experience in troubleshooting and working collaboratively with the IT department to manage daily technical needs and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day IT Support: Address and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and smooth functionality of systems.
• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting systems to ensure they are running at optimal performance. Identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Software & Hardware Support: Provide support for both software and hardware troubleshooting, ensuring all devices and applications function seamlessly.
• IT Security Best Practices: Help implement and uphold IT security measures to protect sensitive company data, ensuring compliance with best practices and security protocols.
• Remote Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team on ongoing projects, contributing to technical tasks and supporting team objectives from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid understanding and experience in IT support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with programming or coding, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot software-related issues.
• Proven experience in software and hardware troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Knowledge of IT security principles, and a keen interest in maintaining and enhancing security practices within a business environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment, managing tasks efficiently and effectively.
