Responsibilities of the Intern

• Calendar Management:
  • Assist in managing the founders' calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans.
• Task Tracking:
  • Keep track of critical tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Collection:
  • Gather insights, data, and feedback to support informed decision-making by the founders.
• Preparation for Meetings:
  • Research and prepare background information for meetings to enable quick and informed choices.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day challenges and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Communication Facilitation:
  • Act as a liaison between the founders and the team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Documentation:
  • Prepare and update key company documents, such as presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
• Confidentiality:
  • Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality in all tasks and communications.
• Task Ownership:
  • Build trust by taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering consistent results.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification:
  • Any engineering or equivalent degree.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Engineering Mindset: Ability to solve complex problems with practical solutions.
  • Organization: Proficiency in managing tasks, details, and deadlines effectively.
  • Tool Proficiency: Comfort with using and adapting to various tools and technologies.
  • Proactiveness: Initiative in identifying and solving problems before they escalate.
  • Resourcefulness: Technical skills to find solutions and adapt to challenges.
  • Team Player & Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience:
  • 0-6 months of work experience, ideally in a startup or innovation-driven environment.
