GoodLives is a bootstrapped startup dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and providing access to online counselors and psychologists for individuals facing challenges such as depression and anxiety. Salary Structure: INR 5,000 – 7,000 per month (fixed)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the software meets quality and performance standards.
- Automate testing workflows to improve deployment processes and product updates.
- Monitor the performance and functionality of the product post-deployment using unit testing frameworks.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in the codebase, providing suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project objectives.
- Document test cases, results, and observations for future reference and use.
- Perform additional testing tasks as needed to enhance product reliability and user experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, with a focus on unit testing.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript or Java).
- Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Must-Have: Basic knowledge of the MERN stack.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for documenting and discussing testing strategies.
- Enthusiasm for learning and improving software testing methodologies.
