- Training Participation: Join sales training programs to enhance selling techniques and skills.
- Broker Association: Build relationships and associate with maximum brokers to drive business growth.
- Market Exploration: Research and explore nearby markets and areas to enhance project penetration and visibility.
- Sales Meetings: Regularly arrange and participate in sales meetings with management.
Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience:
- Prior sales internship or work experience in real estate is a plus.
