About the Internship

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
2. Identify, document, and thoroughly track bugs, ensuring each is resolved.
3. Conduct comprehensive regression testing when issues are fixed.
4. Implement testing processes for both new and existing products to meet client requirements.
5. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to define system requirements.
6. Monitor debugging outcomes and analyze results.
7. Investigate root causes of software issues and train users on solutions.
8. Track key quality assurance metrics like bug density and unresolved bug counts.
9. Stay current with emerging testing tools and strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to work effectively in a diverse, matrixed environment.
4. Capacity to function well in both team settings and individually in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple tasks.
6. Basic knowledge of UI testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
3. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Jenkins, and GitHub.
