About the Internship
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and thoroughly track bugs, ensuring each is resolved.
- Conduct comprehensive regression testing when issues are fixed.
- Implement testing processes for both new and existing products to meet client requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to define system requirements.
- Monitor debugging outcomes and analyze results.
- Investigate root causes of software issues and train users on solutions.
- Track key quality assurance metrics like bug density and unresolved bug counts.
- Stay current with emerging testing tools and strategies.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, matrixed environment.
- Capacity to function well in both team settings and individually in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of UI testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Jenkins, and GitHub.
