We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Management Executive with at least five years of experience to join our growing team. This role involves managing customer connections, coordinating project responsibilities, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

We currently have more demand for our services than we can handle, and we’re looking for a talented professional to join us! In this role, you can expect thorough training, regular feedback, and coaching. Once up to speed (within 2-3 weeks), you’ll be able to handle 80% of your work independently while maintaining mostly normal Indian working hours and earning a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and interpret their documentation.
• Communicate effectively with developers to clarify and resolve questions.
• Serve as the primary interface between clients and developers.
• Set realistic timelines for clients, incorporating necessary buffers.
• Monitor project progress, check developers’ work, and represent the client’s interests.
• Resolve conflicts while upholding company values and ensuring professional representation.
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and clients as needed.

Proposal Work:

• Create detailed project proposals based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with executives to refine and finalize proposals.

Direct Work:

• Work with Clay tables and implement pre-decided logic to a high standard of quality.

General Project Management:

• Plan project blueprints, including scope, resources, deadlines, and communication strategies.
• Lead and supervise project teams through each stage of the lifecycle.
• Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and manage change requests.
• Deliver completed software products and ensure performance consistency.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Development Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • At least 3-4 years of strong coding experience.
  • At least 2 years of project management and team management experience.
  • Proven track record in project management and software development.
• Skills:
  • Strong English speaking and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent technical knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in project estimation techniques.
  • Leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
• Preferred:
  • PMP certification, Agile experience, and familiarity with modern programming languages.
