Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Manager to join our team and contribute to our product strategy and execution. As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for gathering and documenting product requirements, aligning features with the overall vision, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet both user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring clarity around business objectives and user needs.
- Documentation:
- Create detailed documentation, including user stories, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and user experience/interface expectations.
- Big Picture Alignment:
- Understand the overall product vision and articulate how individual features contribute to it.
- Detail-Oriented Definition:
- Define and document the specifics of product features, ensuring alignment with the overarching product vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure all requirements are accurately documented and implemented.
- User Experience Focus:
- Prioritize and clearly define user experience and interface expectations for the development team.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously enhance requirements gathering and documentation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For in You
- Experience:
- 0-6 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work with numbers effectively.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting and communicating requirements.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with product management tools, documentation platforms, and software engineering processes.
- Big Picture Thinking:
- Ability to understand and articulate the overall product vision while managing detailed requirements.
- User-Centric:
- Passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.

- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
