Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented candidate to join our team, working directly with the Founder’s Office. This role involves providing comprehensive support across day-to-day operations, marketing initiatives, and digital presence, ensuring seamless coordination and optimized task management. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Coordination: Work alongside the Founder’s Office to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and streamline daily operations.
- Marketing Support: Help develop, implement, and track various marketing programs, including email, social media, digital campaigns, and events to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Social Media Management: Support the coordination of content, communication, and branding across social media platforms, ensuring our online presence aligns with brand goals.
- Content Creation: Conduct research and create compelling campaign messaging and product frameworks, contributing to a cohesive and effective brand message.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital and technology trends, with a focus on UX best practices and emerging technologies, to enhance our outreach strategies.
- Product Evangelism: Advocate for Flexrad’s solutions, articulating product benefits and engaging key audiences with enthusiasm.
- Case Preparation and SOP Development: Assist in preparing interesting case studies for publication and contribute to developing standard operating and quality assurance procedures.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to assist in presentations and reporting.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey performance metrics, technical requirements, and business opportunities to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks with a focus on achieving results and maintaining accuracy.
- Adaptability and Initiative: A self-starter who can quickly learn new processes, pivot as needed, and is willing to work hard to meet objectives.
- Digital Literacy: An interest in digital trends, UX, and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to the role.
Hiring Process
- Application Review: Initial review of applications to shortlist candidates within 1-2 days.
- Round 1 Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a first interview, conducted over 1-2 days.
- Final Interview: Selected candidates from Round 1 will have a final interview with the Founder within 1-2 days.
- Results: Final decisions will be communicated within 1-2 days after the last interview.
