About the Role

As a Product Manager MBA Intern, you will shape the product vision and strategy by deeply understanding the customer experience and analyzing the competitive landscape, with a focus on leading a product through central, cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will also build consensus on the product strategy, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders to align on trade-offs and disclosures. This position offers the opportunity to identify both short- and long-term investment prospects, assess trade-offs, drive the product roadmap, and implement strategies to foster organic growth within the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market trends.
  • Identify unmet or unidentified customer needs and market opportunities for improving or developing a group of features or services.
  • Understand and begin developing cohesive experiences across various feature areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify data-driven, short-term investment opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and prioritize investments for a group of product features or services.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to determine product release criteria, and develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related degree program.
  • Must have at least one additional academic term remaining after the completion of the internship.
