Role Overview
As the first dedicated intern focused on AI projects, you'll play a pioneering role in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into our product. We’re looking for a self-driven individual with a passion for AI, someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can adapt to new challenges. This role focuses on building AI applications and involves working with existing LLM models (both open and closed source), not developing new models.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate LLMs to enhance our product’s functionality, including parsing documents, handling user inputs, and API integrations.
- Implement function calling and tool calling to facilitate product interactions and SQL query generation.
- Develop proof-of-concepts for various AI applications using LLMs.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to execute well-defined projects with specific end goals.
Technical Skills
- Experience with LLMs: Hands-on experience with models like OpenAI, Claude, or Llama is highly preferred.
- LLM Function Calling/Tool Calling: Basic understanding and application experience.
- Python Proficiency: Must be comfortable coding in Python.
- APIs: Familiarity with API integration processes.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic SQL querying experience is required.
- Agentic Libraries: Experience with libraries like Langgraph is a plus.
- Cloud Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS is beneficial but not mandatory.
Soft Skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex problems.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, with the initiative to seek guidance as needed.
- Adaptability: A quick learner who can adjust to new technologies and frameworks.
