Role Overview
We are in the process of building our founding team and looking for dynamic, hands-on individuals excited about the 0 to 1 journey. As the first Solutions Engineer and Customer Success intern at Zenskar, you will play a pivotal role in pre-sales, onboarding, and ensuring customer success. You will work directly with the founders and help shape the customer experience and product roadmap. Your responsibilities will evolve as the team and company grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Success: Ensure the success of our customers by acting as the voice of the customer within the company.
• Pre-sales & Onboarding: Progress qualified sales opportunities, manage multiple software implementation projects, and oversee seamless customer onboarding.
• Customer Engagement: Lead demos, handle objections, and address questions from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solutioning: Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions using Zenskar, including integrations with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Data Transformation & Configuration: Work with customers to understand their data, pricing models, and business needs, and configure Zenskar’s platform accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product Teams: Advocate for customer feedback, ensuring it drives improvements in the product.
• Lifecycle Management: Drive the client onboarding lifecycle from pilot to full implementation and going live.

Key Qualifications

• Technical Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
  • Broad technical knowledge, programming skills, and understanding of API-driven systems and web architectures.
  • Experience programming in Python and basic SQL knowledge. Intermediate SQL skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS preferred but not required).
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and transform data quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and deeply understand their pain points.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Work Hours:
  • Willing to work in the US time zone (~4 am IST) on weekdays (Mon-Fri) as most clients are based in the US. Flexibility on when to start your day.
• Working Style:
  • Entrepreneurial drive, willingness to wear multiple hats and contribute to the company's success.
  • Self-driven with high ownership and a strong work ethic.
  • Open to getting hands dirty and contributing in the early stages.

Compensation

• Fixed salary: INR 18,000 – INR 25,000 per month
• Location: Remote
