HR Intern Opportunity
Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to assist our Human Resources team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, and overall HR support. This internship will provide an excellent learning experience for students or recent graduates passionate about building a career in HR, offering exposure to the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement Activities:
- Contribute to activities that foster a fun and inclusive work environment, supporting the development of a positive growth culture.
- Resume Reviews & Candidate Shortlisting:
- Assist in reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers or team leads.
- Offer Letter Management:
- Manage the offer letter process, ensuring timely delivery, signature, and return of offer letters to candidates.
- Team Support:
- Provide support to team leads by assisting with HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations and success.
- HR Needs Management:
- Manage the HR needs of team leads, interns, and consultants, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Creative Recruitment:
- Explore new channels and platforms for publicizing internship opportunities, moving beyond traditional platforms like Internshala.
- End-to-End HR Management:
- Gain hands-on exposure to the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and other essential HR processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Preferably enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for HR: Keen desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
