Responsibilities of the Intern
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to Business Banking (BB) customers by managing their transactional, account servicing, and online/mobile banking needs.
- Trade and Service Requirements:
- Support Transaction Banking, lending, and startup clients with trade net and other service-related requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Manage regulatory submissions, deadlines, and communication while adhering to internal complaint management procedures and policies related to client servicing and banking needs.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with internal product partners, operations teams, and stakeholders to execute customer servicing and transactional needs efficiently.
- Digital Transformation:
- Assist in the digital migration of customers from manual processes to automated and digital platforms.
- Client-Centric Servicing:
- Manage customer expectations and provide client servicing with a strong focus on customer-centricity.
- Process and Compliance Adherence:
- Follow all internal processes, procedures, SOPs, and compliance guidelines applicable to the role.
Requirements
- Mandatory Training:
- Completion of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Training, including the required post-course assessment.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage regulatory and procedural compliance with precision.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders and clients.
