Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced features and components for web applications using React.js, Redux, and Ant Design.
• Develop reusable, high-quality, and efficient code while following best practices and modern coding standards.
• Drive rapid execution and feature delivery in a dynamic startup environment.
• Maintain and improve scalable and reusable codebases.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure UI/UX consistency across all products.
• Take ownership of the entire tech development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 6 months of full-time or internship experience with React.js/Next.js, Redux (including middleware like Redux-Saga or Redux-Thunk), and Ant Design.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Mastery of React.js fundamentals and advanced concepts (e.g., hooks, context API, HOCs, performance optimization).
  • Expertise in managing complex state scenarios with Redux, including asynchronous actions and side effects.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
  • Proficiency in translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance front-end code.
  • Advanced knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), including features like async/await, closures, destructuring, and functional programming concepts.
  • Experience debugging and improving existing codebases for performance and scalability.
  • Familiarity with browser rendering behavior and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of build tools like Grunt/Webpack (optional but beneficial).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
