About Internship

Note: This is a full-time internship with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). Apply only if you have advanced skills in React.js and are interested in a full-time internship role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex features for our web applications using React.js, Redux, and Ant Design.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of features in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Maintain scalable and reusable code across projects.
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure consistency in UI/UX across products.
• Take ownership of the entire tech development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 6 months of full-time or internship experience with React.js/NextJs, Redux (including middleware like Redux-Saga or Redux-Thunk), and Ant Design.
• React.js Proficiency: Strong understanding of fundamentals and advanced concepts such as hooks, context API, HOC, and performance optimization.
• Redux Expertise: Ability to manage complex state scenarios, handle asynchronous actions, and manage side effects with Redux-Saga.
• RESTful API Knowledge: Solid understanding of API interaction and asynchronous request handling.
• Agility in Fast-paced Environments: Experience in high-paced, deadline-driven settings.
• Front-end Precision: Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance front-end code.
• JavaScript Skills: Proficiency in ES6+ features, including async/await, closures, destructuring, and functional programming concepts.
• Debugging & Optimization: Experience in debugging and refining existing code for better performance and scalability.
• Browser Optimization: Knowledge of browser rendering and optimization techniques.
• Build Tools: Familiarity with Grunt/Webpack is a plus.

Preference: Candidates with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their college are preferred.

• 65% on coding and development
• 15% on learning new technologies
• 20% on collaboration with developers, designers, and product managers

Application Tip
