Key Responsibilities
- Problem-Solving & Analysis:
- Identify trends, improvement areas, and propose effective solutions.
- Client Engagement:
- Interact with existing clients by providing market updates, trade ideas, and execution services.
- Report Preparation:
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports for senior management and clients.
- Advisory Services:
- Offer advisory services and cross-sell third-party investment products.
- Sales Techniques & Role Plays:
- Develop and practice sales techniques through role-playing sessions guided by executives.
- Stock Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on stocks and analyze them for long-term and short-term investment opportunities.
Key Learnings During the Training Period
- Fundamentals & Advanced Concepts:
- Learn to analyze company fundamentals, ratios, balance sheets, and research reports.
- Trading Skills:
- Enhance trading proficiency and deepen knowledge of market concepts.
- Market Operations:
- Gain operational training on equity and currency markets, including back-office, settlement, depository, and banking processes.
- Live Field Training:
- Participate in live client and prospect meetings for conversion and relationship-building.
- Trade Execution:
- Learn to execute trades, manage orders, and monitor market conditions effectively.
- Sales & Marketing Techniques:
- Observe and implement sales and marketing strategies, including telemarketing and client acquisition techniques.
- Investment Product Training:
- Receive training on mutual funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), insurance products, and more.
