Appizion Consulting & Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Desktop Engineer!

Key Responsibilities

1. Operating System Installation:
   • Install, configure, and update operating systems such as Windows and Linux for desktops, laptops, and servers.
2. Outlook Configuration:
   • Set up and configure Microsoft Outlook for email accounts.
   • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure seamless integration with other software tools.
3. LAN/WAN Support:
   • Troubleshoot and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) to ensure stable and efficient communication.
4. Printer and Scanner Support:
   • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners across various devices and networks.
5. Network Troubleshooting:
   • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting routers, switches, and servers.
6. Hardware and Software Installation:
   • Install and configure hardware components and software applications.
   • Provide support for system upgrades and updates.
7. Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
   • Offer front-line support for technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
   • Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in any stream.
• Age above 21 years.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Knowledge of:
  • Operating systems
  • Outlook configuration
  • LAN/WAN setups
  • Printer/scanner management
• Experience with installation and maintenance of hardware and software components.
