About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering cybersecurity training programs to a variety of audiences, including IT professionals, employees, and clients. You’ll ensure the training content is up-to-date with the latest in cybersecurity practices, trends, and tools, providing participants with relevant and impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development:
- Develop and update cybersecurity training programs, materials, and documentation.
- Create engaging training modules with hands-on labs, simulations, and e-learning content.
- Stay informed about current cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
- Act as an in-house subject matter expert on cybersecurity topics.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and industry certifications.
Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions across various formats: in-person, virtual, and hybrid.
- Tailor training content to the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Create and administer assessments to gauge training effectiveness and participant progress.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continually improve training content and delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.

Travel
