NOXALGO LLP: Business Development Executive (BDE) Internship

About the Role: NOXALGO LLP is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Interns to join our growing team. This internship focuses on client outreach through cold calling and managing data entry, making it an ideal role for those who enjoy client interaction and meticulous data management. High-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role, offering a pathway to join our team permanently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
    • Engage in high-volume cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads.
    • Initiate engaging conversations to introduce NOXALGO's services and understand client needs.
    • Handle objections professionally, maintaining persistence and building rapport with prospects.
  2. Data Entry and CRM Management:
    • Accurately record lead information, customer data, and details of interactions within CRM systems.
    • Ensure all records are current and uphold high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
  3. Lead Qualification and Assessment:
    • Research and qualify potential leads from various channels, including online sources, referrals, and cold calling efforts.
    • Evaluate prospects based on responses to determine their level of interest and qualification.
  4. Follow-Up and Scheduling:
    • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments with qualified leads and manage transitions to the sales team with complete lead details.
  5. Reporting and Performance Analysis:
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports to track lead generation activities, including metrics on calls, responses, and conversions.
    • Assess performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve lead qualification efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities, especially over the phone, to connect confidently with clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy in managing large data volumes.
  • Resilience: Ability to remain positive and professional when handling objections or rejections.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (experience with CRM software is an advantage).
