Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Lead Generation:
  • Reach out to potential leads and clients across various countries.
• Progress Tracking:
  • Monitor and track conversations and progress using a well-defined dashboard or tracking platform.
• Client Engagement:
  • Actively engage potential clients through channels such as emails, LinkedIn, calls, Skype, and other communication platforms.
• Upselling Campaigns:
  • Design and execute upselling campaigns for existing clients and older prospects, tailored to their business interests.
• Feedback Collection:
  • Solicit feedback from clients and pass it on to project teams to enhance the overall client experience.
• Query Resolution:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and ensure timely resolution.
• KPI Adherence:
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Account Management:
  • Maintain and grow client account books, focusing on senior stakeholders' roles and responsibilities.
• Insights & Optimization:
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize processes and performance.
• Creative Growth Strategies:
  • Brainstorm, plan, and implement innovative growth strategies, including experiments and conversion tests.
• Client Experience Evaluation:
  • Evaluate and optimize the client journey across multiple channels and touchpoints using strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Academic Credentials:
  • Excellent academic qualifications with strong command of the English language.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Organizational Skills:
  • Well-organized and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Quick Learner:
  • Ability to grasp concepts and ideas quickly, transforming them into clear, coherent deliverables.
• Communication Skills:
  • Strong presentation and oral communication abilities.
