Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Backend Development Intern with strong Python skills and experience in working with databases and version control. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our senior engineers and product managers to develop and deploy backend features. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a keen eye for detail, particularly in code quality and documentation.

Key Requirements
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with code versioning tools, especially Git.
- Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Basic DevOps skills, with the ability to deploy code on EC2 or similar environments.
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BTech) or equivalent.
- Attention to Quality
- Strong commitment to high-quality documentation and clean, efficient code.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to develop and enhance product features.
- Involve in coding, testing, and deploying code effectively.
Hiring Process
- Coding Round – 1 hour to assess technical problem-solving.
- Assignment – 2 hours to showcase practical coding skills.
- Hiring Manager Conversation – 30-minute interview to discuss the role, skills, and alignment with the team.
