Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of 12th grade.
- Age: Must be between 18 to 30 years.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
- Empathy: Ability to empathize with customers and effectively resolve their queries.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
