Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and troubleshoot solutions/designs/models/simulations on various software tools as per client/project requirements.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
1) Design and develop solutions as per client specifications
You will:

Work on different software like CAD, CAE to develop appropriate models as per project plan/customer requirements

Test prototypes/designs on software and check boundary conditions (e.g., impact analysis, stress analysis)

Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility by integrating software components into a fully functional system

Create a prototype as per engineering drawings & outline CAD model

Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new requirements received from the client

Provide optimized solutions by running simulations in a virtual environment

Ensure software is updated with the latest features to make it cost effective for the client

Enhance applications/solutions by identifying improvement opportunities, making recommendations, and designing/implementing systems

Follow industry standard operating procedures for processes/systems as per client requirements while modeling a solution on the software
2) Provide customer support and problem solving from time to time
You will:

Fix defects raised by the client or software integration team while resolving tickets

Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures for the customer

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems on time with minimum latency and maximum efficiency

Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback for adequate resolution with customer satisfaction

3) Ensure reporting & documentation for the client

Ensure weekly/monthly status reports for clients as per requirements
