What This Role Is About
This internship sits within Upstox’s Consumer Insights team, where the focus is on understanding users deeply and translating their feedback into actionable insights.
You will interact with real users daily, moderate discussions, run surveys, and support both qualitative and quantitative research projects that directly influence product and business decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Qualitative Research

Calling relevant target groups and inviting them for research discussions

Moderating user interviews and discussions as per research objectives

Conducting sessions using predefined discussion guides

Transcribing completed sessions into structured Excel formats
🔹 Quantitative Research

Scripting survey questionnaires
