Naraway is building modern digital solutions across AI, IT services, and startup consulting and is seeking UI/UX Design Interns who can create clean, scalable, product-ready interfaces. This hands-on internship involves working directly on live projects — web platforms, dashboards, landing pages, and internal tools — with a focus on execution, usability, and collaboration with development teams.
What you’ll do
The internship emphasizes practical design work on live products. Responsibilities focus on producing design assets that move projects toward launch and improved performance.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
- Create responsive web and mobile-first designs.
- Conduct basic UX research and competitor analysis.
- Improve usability and conversion rates of existing products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain design systems and reusable components.
Required and preferred skills
Successful interns will combine practical tooling knowledge with UX thinking and the ability to iterate from feedback.
- Required: Strong knowledge of Figma (mandatory); understanding of UX principles and user psychology; basic knowledge of responsive design; wireframing and prototyping; design systems and component thinking; ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Good to have: Experience with SaaS dashboards; knowledge of Webflow or Framer; understanding of AI product interfaces; a portfolio with 2–3 real projects.
Who should apply and possible outcomes
The role targets designers ready for real execution exposure rather than purely theoretical learning, and offers potential advancement for high performers.
- College students or freshers serious about product design.
- Individuals looking to build real-world SaaS experience.
- Designers who want execution exposure, not theoretical learning.
- High performers may receive a full-time offer or extended contract.
In summary, this internship is a hands-on opportunity at Naraway to design production-ready interfaces across web and mobile contexts. It requires strong Figma skills, UX understanding, and a willingness to iterate with developers and stakeholders. Applicants should be prepared to work on live projects and, if they excel, may be considered for longer-term roles.
