Apprentices will work with reporting, business intelligence (BI), partner processes, and sales planning elements while assisting in monitoring and execution activities.
Key responsibilities
- Consumption Management: Provide insights for churn prevention and win-back plans. Monitor reports that track consumption and customer adds.
- Insights and New Capabilities: Learn tools, processes, and BI. Integrate continuous improvement with reporting and BI, and learn best practices.
- Partner Management and Support: Ensure data quality checks and processes across partnerships. Begin executing partner management components—such as segmentation, quota, planning, co-selling, and transitions—with guidance.
- Sales Operations: Learn and begin execution of fiscal-year and cross-segment planning components, including Territory Planning, Account Planning, FastStart, and Blueprint. Track risks and assist in tool orchestration.
- Support Sales: Gather information and generate reports related to monthly forecasting and pipeline management. Execute Sales Operations Planning for Support Sales with guidance.
- Supporting Sales Discipline and Pipeline: Analyze sales execution data to address performance blockers across Customer Adds, Consumption, Pipeline, Scorecard, and Annuity. Provide execution support for allocation/disputes, consumption, customer adds, or pipeline under supervision.
