Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – Become a Talent Magnet: Dive headfirst into the exciting world of attracting and securing top talent for our fast-growing team.
– Craft compelling and informative job descriptions that highlight the unique value proposition of working at kristalball.
– Be adept at resume screening, identifying high potential candidates whose skills and potential align with our startup’s evolving needs.
– Manage the candidate journey & actively contribute to creating an outstanding candidate experience, from scheduling and coordinating interviews to ensuring timely and professional communication at every stage.
– Be a brand ambassador for the Company, showcasing our positive & innovative culture.
– Assist in researching and updating talent market data to suggest creative incentive driven pay packages. Assist in driving a pay for performance culture that attracts and retain top performers.
– Ensure right candidates are hired with speed while being uncompromising about the rigor in selection.
HR Operations & Employee Experience – Building a Thriving Workplace: Play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and engaging environment where employees can flourish.
– Support a seamless onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, organizing orientation, and welcoming new team members.
– Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data privacy.
– Assist in gathering and verifying necessary data to support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
– Contribute to the success of HR initiatives and programs, including planning and coordinating creative company events that foster teamwork and celebrate achievements.
– Draft HR documents, policies, and communications, honing your professional writing and organizational skills.
– Be a go-to resource for employee inquiries, providing helpful and timely information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Office Administration – Nurturing a Positive Workplace:.
– Maintain and update office inventory, lead by example on discipline & values
– Assist in gathering and verifying necessary data to support payroll and benefits administration
Required Skills & Qualifications
– A Bachelor’s or Masters degree in HR
– Aptitude for HR, particularly recruitment, operations, and setting up policies, benefits etc.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
