Responsibilities of the Intern:
– Connect with the college placement cell and hire students for sales.
– Identify, evaluate, and onboard the Sales team, college presidents and student ambassadors
– Maintain and regularly update HR trackers
– Conduct interviews via phone or WhatsApp to assess candidate suitability
– Coordinate onboarding activities and manage candidate follow-ups
– Support the design and execution of recruitment campaigns across various cities and regions
Requirements:
– Strong communication & organizational skills
– Comfortable with telephonic conversations & WhatsApp follow-ups
– Familiarity with college ecosystem or campus hiring is a plus
– Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, LinkedIn preferred
– Can devote 4-5 hours/day remotely
