Yennes Infotech is hiring an HR Intern — a practical, entry-level opportunity for MBA/PG/Graduates to gain hands-on HR experience. Role and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, etc.)
    • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
    • Maintain candidate databases and interview trackers
  • Onboarding & Documentation
    • Support onboarding formalities for new hires
    • Prepare offer letters, employment forms, ID cards
    • Ensure timely collection and verification of employee documents
    • Conduct induction & welcome sessions
  • Attendance & HR Operations
    • Monitor employee attendance and maintain attendance records
    • Assist in leave and time-tracking related queries
    • Support monthly attendance closure and reporting
  • Employee Engagement
    • Create greetings, posters, festival wishes, birthday cards, etc. using Canva
    • Coordinate internal engagement activities & HR events
    • Assist in updating HR notice boards and newsletters
  • General HR Support
    • Maintain HR records and employee database
    • Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation
    • Handle basic employee queries professionally

Requirements and Candidate Fit

  • MBA/PG/Graduate pursuing or completed (preferably in HR/Business/Management)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes is an advantage
  • Basic Canva designing skills
