Role and Key Responsibilities

This role focuses on supporting the HR team across the hiring lifecycle, employee administration, and daily office coordination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening profiles, scheduling interviews) — support the full recruitment sequence by handling job postings, initial candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Maintain HR databases, candidate trackers & documentation — keep candidate and employee records organized and up to date to support HR workflows.
  • Support in Employee Onboarding & Induction process — assist with onboarding and induction activities to help new hires integrate smoothly.
  • Assist HR team in attendance, leave management & performance tracking — help maintain records and trackers related to attendance, leaves and performance monitoring.
  • Draft emails, job descriptions, and handle basic HR coordination tasks — prepare routine communications and job briefs and coordinate basic HR activities as required.
  • Support HR in day-to-day office administrative work — provide general administrative assistance to ensure daily operations run effectively.

Required Skills and Eligibility

To perform the tasks above effectively, the following skills and eligibility criteria are expected:

  • Good communication skills — Hindi/English proficiency is required.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes — foundation-level familiarity with HR activities to support the team.
  • Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets & Job Portals — ability to work with common spreadsheets and recruitment platforms.
  • Positive attitude, learning mindset, and good interpersonal skills — openness to learn and collaborate with the HR team.

Eligibility:

  • BBA / MBA / BA / Any graduate or pursuing degree
  • Freshers can apply
  • Must be available full-time for 2–3 months
