Role summary
The HR & Placement Intern will support Human Resources operations, placement coordination, and programme marketing initiatives at D-CoE, IISc. Core responsibilities
HR Operations & Recruitment Support:
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
- Coordinate interview scheduling
- Prepare interview documentation and Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Placement Coordination & Industry Liaison:
- Coordinate with companies for internship and placement opportunities
- Maintain database of recruiters, industry partners, and startups
- Schedule and coordinate placement drives, interviews, and selection processes
- Assist students with placement documentation and communication
- Track placement statistics and prepare placement reports
- Maintain MIS reports for HR, placements, and marketing activities
Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment Support:
- Support organization of workshops, hackathons, seminars, and exhibitions
- Maintain enquiry database and follow up with prospective candidates
