– **Technical Analysis Supervision:**
Oversee the technical analysis function to ensure precise identification of key support and resistance levels, trading price bands, and other pertinent charting signals. Guide analysts in applying technically sound methods that complement fundamental research and enhance market timing insights.
– **Integrated Reporting:**
Compile inputs from sector, equity, and technical research into comprehensive, well-structured unified reports. Ensure the final presentations deliver clear, coherent narratives that inform and guide stakeholders’ strategic decision-making processes.
– **Mentorship and Quality Assurance:**
Mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, training, and guidance. Monitor and enforce adherence to research guidelines, project timelines, and quality standards. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and professional excellence within the team.
