Whatever needs building – you’ll figure it out and ship it
Must-Haves:
Dive deep into n8n before you apply – understand what it can do, how AI nodes work, and where it breaks
Hustler mentality – you see a problem, you build a solution
Comfortable with AI development tools and prompting
Can work with APIs, databases, and webhooks without hand-holding
Ships first, optimizes later approach
