Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Fullstack Developer Intern at Suntek.AI, you will contribute across the entire stack — building, deploying, and maintaining robust web applications that power eCommerce operations. You'll use strong JavaScript skills to create intuitive user interfaces and scalable backend systems while taking ownership of features from design through production.
- Frontend Development: Build and maintain dynamic UIs using React (Next.js preferred) and Tailwind CSS, focusing on responsive, modern interfaces for eCommerce workflows.
- Backend Development: Design and implement efficient backend systems and APIs with a clear understanding of client-server architecture to ensure reliable data flow and performance.
- JavaScript/TypeScript: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code primarily in JavaScript or TypeScript to support both frontend and backend needs.
- Database Management: Design and manage PostgreSQL databases to store and retrieve eCommerce data reliably and securely.
- ORM Integration: Use ORMs like Prisma or Drizzle to streamline database interactions, reducing boilerplate and improving developer productivity.
- API Design & Integration: Design and consume REST APIs that enable seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- AI Integration: Explore and integrate AI APIs (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) to enhance product features and add intelligent capabilities to eCommerce tools.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal application performance and reliability.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to keep Suntek.AI’s solutions cutting-edge and effective.

- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience building web apps.
