Role: Customer Success Intern — Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Intern you will be at the forefront of customer retention, engaging with clients to ensure they continue to find value in Truecaller’s product. Key responsibilities include:
- Retention management: manage customers nearing renewal or opting out.
- Strategic engagement: conduct outreach to understand customer rationale and pitch product value.
